The school canteen is open before school, during break times and lunch times. Refurbished in 2012, the canteen staff prepares a variety of fresh tasty food, complying with national healthy eating guidelines. Fruit is available with no charge to the learners.

A cashless system is operated by the canteen. Each learner has their own account, accessed by a pin number or biometric thumb print. This account must be credited with cash or through the Weduc app prior to the purchase of food. No pupil will be refused food if they have no money on their account. Parents can set a daily spend limit on their child’s account and can request a print out of all purchases by contacting the school cook, Mrs Yvonne Cheetham.
